Hours

Check-in/Check-out

• Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper. Members should also have their membership card on hand.
• Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
• Guests aged 26 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
• Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee per option. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability.

After Hours Arrival

• Guests must arrive by 10 p.m. Arrivals after 10 p.m. will not be able to check-in until the following morning.

Reservation & Payment Policies

• Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival.
• Balance due on reservation start date.
• Prices and site type are subject to availability.
• RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests.  A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
• By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: If I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds I have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.
• To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
• Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
• Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.

• Pets are allowed.

Campground Services & Information

• Pull through and 50amp sites are premium sites. A $3 nightly premium fee will be charged at the park upon selection of a premium site.
